What working with us looks like
Most of our work is on homes built before 1980. That means weatherboard, plaster ceilings, often no plans. We have done this enough times to know what we are looking at when we open the walls.
Hillside Sites
We've worked on Wellington's steep sections for over a decade. Sloped sites, narrow access, retaining walls: we plan for these before we quote.
Character Home Renovations
Older villas and bungalows need a builder who respects what is original. We keep weatherboard, sash windows, and ceiling details where we can.
LBP Certified
Licensed Building Practitioner on every job. Council consents handled in-house. Code Compliance Certificate issued at handover.
One Team Start to Finish
Same project manager from first site visit through to keys. No hand-offs between trades that don't know each other.

Two character villas on a steep shared driveway. New paint, garage addition, window joinery upgraded throughout. Heritage details kept.
Halberstam House, Karori
1948 Henry Kulka-designed mid-century home. Original weatherboard, brick chimney, and casement windows preserved. New kitchen and bathroom inside.
Mount Victoria Cottages
A row of late-1800s colonial cottages. Working on a sympathetic renovation with Heritage New Zealand on the exterior, modernised inside.
