Weather Policy

Aerial inspections are weather-dependent. If wind exceeds 15 knots or rain is forecast, we will reschedule at no cost. Full refund available if the new date is unsuitable.

Harbourline provides inspection findings based on visible conditions. This is not a structural engineering certification. For structural concerns, consult a registered NZ engineer.

Booking Terms

All prices are GST inclusive. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your flight window: full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: non-refundable.

NZ Civil Aviation Authority Standards

All drone operations conducted under current CAA regulations by certified operators.

CAA Rule 101.207

Shielded Operation

Our sub-250g aircraft operates within the “shielded operation” parameters defined in CAA Rule Part 101.207(c). This means we operate below the highest point of the structure, within 100m of it, and not over any adjoining property without explicit authorisation.

CAA Rule 101.213

Visual Line of Sight

All flights are conducted within visual line of sight by an operator who maintains direct, unaided visual contact with the aircraft at all times. We do not fly over people or adjoining properties without separate written authorisation as required by CAA Part 101.213.

Harbourline Construction Ltd's unmanned aerial operations are conducted in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) Part 101 rules for unmanned aircraft.
