Does my renovation need building consent?
Many residential renovations — bathrooms, kitchens, and redecoration — don't need consent. Structural changes, plumbing relocations, and exterior alterations usually do. We assess this at consultation.
How long does a bathroom or kitchen renovation take?
Most bathrooms take 3-5 weeks; kitchens 4-8 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start, and we keep it.
Do you work with my existing design or do I need an architect?
For most bathroom and kitchen work we design in-house. For larger renovations and extensions we work with your architect or recommend one if you don't have plans yet.
